Who can use Three7 DFS

You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age to play daily fantasy sports where you live if that’s higher. It’s your responsibility to make sure daily fantasy sports, and tools like ours, are allowed where you are, and to follow the rules of any contest site you play on, such as DraftKings or FanDuel.

Three7 DFS is an independent tool. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by DraftKings, FanDuel, the NFL, MLB or any team. We don’t run contests, take entry fees or pay out prizes.

Projections are estimates, not guarantees

Our projections and lineups come from statistical and machine learning models. They’re estimates of what might happen, and real games often turn out differently. Data can be late or wrong, and injury and lineup news can change after projections are made.

We don’t promise that you’ll win any contest or make any money. You decide which lineups to enter and how much to play, and you’re responsible for those decisions and any losses. Nothing on Three7 DFS is financial, betting or professional advice.

Your account

You sign in with your email address; there’s no password. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. Your account is for you alone, so please don’t share it or your Premium access with others.

Free and Premium

You can use the free version of the NFL tool without signing in. NFL Premium adds more lineups per build, exports, downloads, and saved settings and lineups. We may add, change or remove features over time. If a change takes away something important from Premium, we’ll tell you first.

Billing, trials and cancellation

• Price. Premium costs $10 per month, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts and your card is charged automatically. Free trials are one per person.
• Automatic renewal. Premium renews automatically every month and your card is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime in the NFL tool under Manage subscription, or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep Premium until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, and we don’t give refunds or credits for partial months, except where the law requires it. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we’ll look into it.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will try again over the following days. If it still can’t be collected, your subscription ends and your account returns to the free version.
• Price changes. We may change the price of Premium. We’ll email you before a new price applies to you, and it will only apply from your next billing period. You can cancel before then if you don’t want to continue.

Saved settings and lineups

Premium members can save settings and lineups. They belong to you, and we use them only to provide the service. We do our best to keep them safe, but please keep your own copy of anything important (such as by exporting your lineups), because we can’t guarantee that saved data will never be lost.

Acceptable use

When using Three7 DFS, please don’t:

• share, sell, republish or redistribute our projections or downloads, or use them to build a competing product
• scrape, copy or extract our data with bots or other automated tools
• try to get around Premium limits or the sign-in, or access other people’s accounts or data
• interfere with or overload the service, or try to break its security
• use Three7 DFS for anything illegal

Our content

Three7 DFS, including our projections, models, software, design and branding, belongs to us. While you follow these terms, you may use Three7 DFS and its downloads for your own personal daily fantasy play.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Three7 DFS running, especially around game time, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or on time. We may change, pause or stop any part of Three7 DFS. If we permanently shut down Premium, we’ll stop charging you.

Ending your access

You can stop using Three7 DFS at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service. If we do that without a good reason, we’ll refund the unused part of your current billing period.

Disclaimers

Three7 DFS is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any lost winnings, entry fees, profits or data, arising from your use of Three7 DFS. Our total liability for any claim relating to Three7 DFS is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll let Premium members know by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Three7 DFS after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Three7 DFS is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Play responsibly
